Our clothing is only available through exclusive drops on our website. We do not restock items, so be quick when a new collection drops. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to be the first to know about new releases.
No, XNO operates on a limited edition drop model. Once an item is sold out, it will not be reproduced. This ensures exclusivity and increases resell value in the streetwear community.
We process orders within 1–3 business days. After dispatch:
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Rest of the EU: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
During holidays and sale periods, allow 5–12 business days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Full details are on our Shipping page.
Our clothing has a boxy fit. Check the size chart on each product page to find your perfect fit. If you are unsure, email xnoworld9@gmail.com and we will help you pick. If the size still is not right, you have 14 days to return it.
We will make it right at no cost to you. Email xnoworld9@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- your order number,
- photos of the item and the packaging,
- a short description of the fault.
We reply within 2 business days and arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs. XNO pays the return shipping on faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
XNO is not about mass production or mainstream trends. We create high-quality, exclusive streetwear with a focus on scarcity and resale value. Our pieces are made for those who truly understand the essence of streetwear culture.
Yes. You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, no explanation needed. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and the authenticity label attached.
Email xnoworld9@gmail.com with your order number to start. You cover return shipping on change-of-mind returns; we cover it if the item is faulty, damaged, or wrong. Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

To keep your clothing in top condition, wash it inside out with cold water and let it air dry. Avoid ironing over prints to maintain the design quality.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated and shown in full at checkout, before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards. Within the Netherlands we aim for delivery within 2–5 business days. International orders may take longer. See our Shipping page for the full breakdown.
