Returns Policy

At XNO, we keep it simple and straightforward. If something’s not right, we’ve got you covered. Here’s how returns work:

How to Return

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all XNO tags attached.

What You Need to Know

  • Return Shipping: Costs for returns aren’t covered by XNO — you’ll need to handle that part.
  • Refunds & Exchanges: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, items like underwear, swimwear, face masks, and pierced jewelry can’t be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives faulty or gets damaged during shipment, let us know within 14 days of delivery. Return costs for faulty items are on us. You’ll get a full refund or a replacement piece.

Quick Notes

  • Online purchases can’t be returned to our store, and sale items are final.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method (gift cards will be refunded as store credit).
