XNO Shopping Policy

1. Product Availability

All XNO items are released in limited quantities. Once sold out, restocks are not guaranteed. We believe in exclusivity — if you own it, you’re one of the few.

2. Orders & Payments

  • We accept major payment methods including iDEAL, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal, and Klarna (Pay later).

  • All prices are listed in EUR (€), including VAT (where applicable).

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Double-check your cart and shipping info before checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • XNO ships from the Netherlands to most EU countries. International shipping may be available depending on the drop.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping times:

    • NL: 1–2 business days

    • EU: 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–14 business days

  • You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the exclusive nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product arrived damaged

In such cases, contact us within 3 days of delivery at xnoworld9@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and explanation.

5. Resell & Authenticity

Each piece is tagged with a unique authenticity label. We encourage community resell via approved resale platforms. XNO is not responsible for items purchased through third-party sellers.
