Shipping.

At XNO, we keep things straightforward, but here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you:

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times depend on your location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll get an email with a tracking number.
  • All shipping prices include VAT.
  • During holidays or sale periods, delivery may take longer due to high demand.

Sale & Holiday Orders

  • Sale orders are confirmed only after you receive a shipping confirmation email. If an item is out of stock, your order may be canceled.
  • Delivery during peak times (holidays, sales) can take 5-12 days due to high order volume.

Product Appearance

  • We try to show product colors as accurately as possible, but screen displays may vary. Your product’s color and packaging might look slightly different from what you see online.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed based on availability and payment confirmation. If your item is out of stock or further verification is needed, we’ll reach out to you.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard delivery: Within 5 business days after processing.
  • Holiday & sale periods: Expect 5-12 business days for delivery.
  • Tracking details are emailed once your order ships but may take up to 48 hours to update online.

International Shipping

  • Import duties and taxes may apply for international orders, and you’re responsible for these charges.
  • Customs clearance might cause additional delays. Be sure to comply with your country’s laws when ordering.

Undeliverable Packages

  • We’re not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to invalid addresses or delivery rejections.

Inspect Your Order

  • Check your items as soon as they arrive. If something’s wrong, email us at info@xno.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

Shipping Errors or Damages

  • If you receive the wrong or damaged item, contact us within 30 days for a free exchange or refund. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product.

Unforeseen Delays

We’re not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, like severe weather, strikes, or government actions.
